Neighbor Outreach

About Us

We come from a variety of backgrounds, but we’re all focused on helping our neighbors in need.

Patti Carr

Vice President
Patti is a Colorado native who has lived in Adams County her entire life. Patti graduated from Regis University with a degree in Psychology. She is the proud mother of five children and has nine grandchildren. Patti volunteered for Catholic Charities at an emergency assistance center for several years and finally gave in to their request that she manage a center. For six years Patti served as the Manager of an Emergency Assistance center which provided a variety of services to the poor in the metro area. While working for Catholic Charities Patti founded a clothing bank at St. Mark’s parish in Westminster, that clothing bank is still operational today. After leaving Catholic Charities Patti volunteered for Uplift Internationale, Broomfield Fish, EFFA and Salvation Army in Aurora. Today, Patti serves on the Board of Uplift and went on a medical mission to the Philippines last year with the organization. During this same time Patti had a dream to start a new project providing food and other needs to the poor in Adams County which is now operating under the banner “Neighbor Outreach of Colorado”.
